NO ON STREET PARKING BETWEEN 3:00 AM & 6:00 AM!

Automobiles are NOT to be parked on landscaped areas of your property.
This includes grass areas between sidewalk & street. (Be considerate of those who use sidewalks by not blocking them.)

Inoperable Vehicles are not permitted! ("Inoperable" is defined as: unlicensed, those with flat tires, no engine, etc.)

Commercial Vehicle parking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
Such vehicles must be removed from premises or stored in a closed garage.

Boats, Trailers & Recreational Vehicles:
(One boat, 16 feet or shorter - with or without a trailer -
OR one camping trailer under 7 feet wide and 10 feet long, may be parked or stored in rear yard of a lot, when screened from public view.)

House trailers, trailer coaches, mobile homes, motor homes or other vehicles constructed and equipped to provide cooking & overnight sleeping, can be brought and kept on your property for 48 hours for purpose loading & unloading - but not for purpose of rebuilding, remodeling, or effecting mechanical repairs.
