The general administrative offices has a telephone system that is based on an automated attendant program.
When you first call in you will hear an opening welcome message and then be allowed to enter the extension number of the Department or employee you wish to speak with. If you do not know the extension number hold on and an employee will pick up and help direct your call to the proper employee. This system also contains a voice mail option to insure that you can leave a message in case you are unable to reach the desired department or employee.
The voice mail system is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so that can leave a message at any time, if you so desire.
