Brush Chipping

Beginning July 6, 2007 and every Friday for 52 weeks each year, Brush & Branch collection will be free with no need to schedule in advance.  W & D, Inc. is our
branch and limb chipping company.  They may be reached at: 586-791-7623. 
Place braches and limbs neatly stacked at the curb by 7:00 AM on Friday.

  1. Branches can be up to 6” in diameter and 12 feet long.

Please place the following items at the curb for collection:

  1. Brush/Branches cut 4 to 4½ feet long, bundled.
  2. Logs:  Cut to 2 feet long or less and bundled.
  3. Tree Limbs:  cut 4 to 4½ feet long and bundled.

The above items are picked up by our trash hauler and land-filled.
Yard Waste (excluding grass clippings) should still be placed in kraft bags or containers clearly marked yard waste and also placed out at the curb each Friday from April 1 – November 16.
