On May 19, 2025, the City Council approved the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Budget and Fee Schedule. Fiscal Year 2024-25 Minimum Bill = $69.96 (month)
Fiscal Year 2025-26 Minimum Bill = $73.07 (month)
~4.45% increase

BROWN WATER INFORMATION
If you are experiencing brown water, the Southfield Fire Department is conducting hydrant flow testing throughout town today (5/30). This flow testing causes increased flow through certain parts of the water system, which may result in pipe sediment being stirred up and released.
To help remove brown water from your property, run cold water from the faucet closest to your water meter.
