Utility Billing ACH Customers:
Due to two (2) consecutive days of power outage at Flagstar Bank and the Labor Day Holiday closing, there is a delay in all ACH processing. NO LATE FEES are associated with this delay as your payment was processed on our system on 8/29/24.
Due to Labor Day, trash/recycling/brush pick-up is delayed one (1) day.
Pick-up will take place on Tuesday (9/3).

REMINDER - 2024 Summer Taxes are due Tuesday, September 3.
Beginning September 4, a 4% late fee will added. On the first day of October and each succeeding month, an additional 0.5% will be added.
If you are looking to pay a utility/tax bill today (8/28) in person via credit/debit card, due to internet outage at City Hall, we cannot process that payment.
Please pay by cash/check, or check back tomorrow (8/29).

The City of Lathrup Village is seeking ALTERNATES to serve on our Board of Review.
The board's purpose is to hear and decide assessment appeals, poverty exemptions, or property classification appeals.
Board Applications can be found under "Documents" on our website. Qualified applicants will be considered at upcoming Council meetings.
