Water Main Break - 2/26 - UPDATE The water main fix has been completed and water flow/pressure should be returning to normal. There is no need to boil your water, however, if you do have discolored water, run COLD water in your lowest water faucet for a couple of minutes (or until the water runs clear).

Water Main Break - 2/26 There is a water main break at the corner of Frank Brock Way & Southfield Road. Crews are on the scene to address the issue.

Notes for the 1/27 City Council Agenda 1) The Water/Sewer Special Assessment Public Hearing scheduled for 1/27 is canceled. It will be rescheduled for 2/24. 2)The HDC Appeal for 27700 Southfield Road will take place during the 2/3 City Council Special Meeting.

Water Main Break - 1/22 There is a water main leak on Redwood between Southfield Rd and El Dorado Place. Crews are assembling this morning to make repairs. Water will be turned off in the area around 8 AM. Impacted residents will have a notice on their door.

City Note: There is a Lathrup Village "Town Hall" meeting being publicized on social media. This is NOT a City sponsored event. No City staff or Councilmember will be in attendance unless they choose to attend as a citizen/visitor. Any views/opinions shared during that meeting are those of the individual.

WATER MAIN BREAK - 1/10 Due to a water main break on Wiltshire Blvd, the previously scheduled fire hydrant replacement has been postponed. We will post when it is rescheduled. Water service will be disrupted on Wiltshire (heading north) to Blackstone Dr. around 12 PM (noon) until the fix is complete. Impacted residents have been notified via door hanger.

WATER SERVICE SHUT OFF Tomorrow (1/10) crews will be installing a fire hydrant on Rainbow Drive between Lathrup Blvd and Southfield Road. Water service for nearby residents will be discontinued from approximately 11 AM - 3 PM.

For those wondering - the last day to put your Christmas tree at the curb to be picked up by our contractor is Monday, January 13.
